Dean & Associates is partnering with Amazon to host HEARTSOUL, a special event to raise money and awareness for the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” campaign.

The American Heart Association’s mission is especially dear to my own heart: “Empowering the women in our lives to reclaim what matters most; their health.” In 2018, I lost my mother to heart disease. She left an impression on me that I lack the eloquence to adequately convey. However, because my world changed when I lost her, I feel compelled to support causes behind health equity, accelerating science and advancing public health policy.

And now more than ever, women across the Mid-South need advocates and committed supporters to walk the walk regarding advancing research and equity around women’s health. So, this year, in honor of National Wear Red Day, Dean & Associates will host an evening dedicated to walking the walk, rocking the red and raising funds at the inaugural HEARTSOUL “Go RED for Women.”

National Wear Red Day is the kickoff to a remarkable effort by the American Heart Association here in the Mid-South. Each year a select group of individuals are nominated to become Women of Impact. They are chosen based on their passion and drive to increase awareness about heart disease and how to become heart healthy. This year’s Women of Impact will be recognized during HEARTSOUL.
